We went to Wheels RV first but wanted to look around...after going to every and I mean every camper place in NWA we were happy to go back to wheels rv and work with Britney. This was our first camper so we knew very little however she made sure we had all the info we needed and worked with us ever step in the process. Mike was our sales person and was WONDERFUL! He answered alllll of our questions which we had plenty being first time travel trailer owners. There was zero pressure and he kept us up to date on the status of our trailer as we had to order one. Luke did our walk through and we cannot thank him enough. He answered EVERY. SINGLE. We bought our Transcend 265BH from Mike Harp and picked it up Friday. Our experience was fantastic. We flew through the paperwork and were introduced to Bessie for our walkthrough. She was fantastic going over every detail and explaining every detail often more than once as we are complete newbies. Once we hooked up the truck it was obvious something was wrong with my truck wiring. Bessie and some of the techs (sorry I didn't get their names) worked almost 2 hours to get at least some lights working. They swapped out fuses and repaired a broken wire. I was not going far to camp and it was after closing so we were about to leave when we remembered we needed some hoses to camp. The sales lady Tillie opened the register so we could buy supplies. The staff at Wheels earned my business and I will definitely look there should I ever need another RV. - Ronnie

We have a 2017 Redwood 3901MB & didn't buy it there. Was having warranty work done and Crystal in service & warranty dept. was so kind & VERY good at her job. To the guys in the Service Dept. We had a little oops in between working & ordering parts. But they fixed it & admitted their mistake. That went along way with us. It happens we are all human & mistakes happen. In February we visited at Wheels RV and found a Keystone Avalanche that was what we wanted. Shane was exceptional throughout our looking at this and many other models. The finance department made the transaction easy and the service department has taken care of every detail we have found in the time since our purchase. Purchased a DRV Nashville which we absolutely love. Drove 11 hours to pick it up. The owner told us about a RV park 6 miles from them that we could stay at to get refreshed prior to picking it up. The transition was so smooth and the staff was so friendly. They invited us to stay the night there to finish our move into the Nashville, we are full timers. It was definitely worth the drive. Excellent experience. Shane our salesman was excellent. It took a while to get to the price that we wanted but it all worked out in the end. Gave us a walk around to make sure we knew how everything operated and also set us up with another company to put in the hitch in the truck. We had a pretty significant repair that needed addressed and Mark and his team worked us in the schedule and got the repair done quickly resulting in us not missing a family camping outing.
